My book is at work so cant look it up. can anyone tell me what the flash sync speed is with the 10D?

If I am not mistaken my Elan 7E is 1/125

1/200 sec max synch. Also supports high speed synch in FP mode.

Any speed under 1/200th of a sec. for normal flash sync.
