IXUS 400 download problem

recently when i plugged my IXUS 400 to com, after detecting it was shown "no camera found" .in fact i already install all the programme and last time it really worked. :cry:

Try rebooting your computer without the camera connected, then reconnect after the computer is fully booted.

this was done and even after one week it doesnt work for that.
i have to download to other friend's com first, this make me inconvenient.
it can detect something when i plugged in but after that it would be said camera not found

Try and re-install the cannon software (after you uninstall what is already there, which may be corrupted). The easiest way is to use a card reader and transfer the files from the cf card.
