These turned out better than I expected, but not quite as good as I had wanted. I had a wide angle adapter on my G2 and had to hand-hold it. I should have got them a little more centered.

I put reduced picts to put on pbase. The originals were a little better.

I can sense the scene. What I am not sure about here is the actually available lighting. I know that you post has ended up darker than at full screen.

There is an incandescent glow here. My instincts are to set the light to "daylight".. but then again it could be that the walls are painted yellow. Yeah, I guess that is it, it is the yellowness that muzzles the hosannas.

But then again, a lot more warmth comes to this scene than to similar stone and arched roofs in Britain.

I wondered about the white balance after I took the shot. I left the camera set to auto, but probably should have switched to sunlight. Well, I really should have shot in RAW and then decided later. Still learning though.

At the time, I really wasn't sure because the lower level was incandescent, but the upper level had considerable sunlight. There really was a yellow hugh, but not as much as the picture makes it look.

Thanks for the response.
