The new 'Clear all sessions which have exceeded user's maximum inactivity time' does log the individual out, but it does not reset the 'Active logins' counter.
This means, if someone has 1 max logins with a 10min timeout, and they login once (1), and then 3hrs later you click 'Clear all sessions', Active Logins stays at 1, and they can't login again.
