I just got a Canon 30D a few weeks ago, but thanks to the end of the semester I've been bogged down with school work and haven't done nearly as much shooting as I would like to. Anyways, I took my car out probablly two weeks ago and did a quick photoshoot at a spot near my house and here's a few of them. Over Christmas break I'm going to go out and do some more shoots so I should have some new stuff up by then.

And a sunset I shot at the golf course near my house on the way home:

Feedback is always appreciated

Good start! That's the time of day I like to shoot when I can. They look a bit dark & you're losing detail in the wheels, probably by trying to keep the sky from blowing out? Here's a quick & easy "fix" if you used jpg. Airport runway shoot (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=117950)
If you shoot RAW, then blended exposures using the same technique will give better results.

Yeah that was my problem. There's no detail in the wheels and I didn't have a lot of time to dodge them in PS, I just did auto levels, etc. I need to start shooting in raw but I don't know what to process the shots with. I'm pretty sure Canon has software included but like I said, I haven't had a lot of time to figure everything out thanks to finals and what not

Yeah they're dark, once I read all of the links photoguy gave me (I'm in a class right now..heh) at home and mess around in PS I want to try similar shots over ago. That way I can meter one shot for the sky and another for the car and blend them together.
I also want to research HDR (I believe that's the name) shots where you mix like 3 different exposures of the same shot in PS and they look really damn cool.
Thanks for the help!
