Masked the car
Selective Color: Red & Yellow and moved the yellow levels down.
Unsharp Mask 50% or so. Also Masked a portion the rear drivers side and used the Unsharp Mask again about 20%.
Highlights/Shadows, and brought the shadow down to about 20%.
Clone Stamp Tool to fix some red glare by the driver's side tail light.

All in all pretty simple stuff that really made the difference.

Really pops out. I laugh at some guy with a 500HP BMW V10 M5 with a vanity place crawling along a 3mph though.

Nice shot, but i find my eyes are gravitated towards the hot spot on the rear bumper from the headlights behind the car. Really other then that I love it, and yeah that car ROCKS. Just next time bring a baseball bat and take of the lights New Yorker style.....j/k.

Side Note: My cousins name is Jalal, and i just though it was cool that yours was to. You really dont see it often here in the states, but i understand it is very popular in the middle east.

Excellent Photo, only one minor (and I mean MINOR) point is the small haze on the left rear quarter below the rear lights on the BUMPER, think you americans call it a fender? Hey ho one day you'll learn.

Nice image of an amazing motor.

How long did you park the car to get the photo? The passing Cab looks mighty close! Any scratches???:D

Thanks for the complements guys! I really did not expect this much positive feedback! It makes me all gitty! :D

I actually took that shot right after I purchased my 28mm from B&H.
A buddy and I had just left the store, it was 7:15pm, so B&H had just closed, and we had parked in their lot. We asked the attendant if we could leave the car there for another hour so we could walk around, and he said it was cool. So we took a walk to Times Square. I was just shooting randomly, and I hear the snarl of the BMW V10 through an aftermarket exhaust. I know that sound anywhere since a friend's uncle owns one, and i was just drawn to it. I was on the complete opposite side of Times Square when I heard it and noticed the light just turned red, so I ran full speed to catch it. I snapped as many shots off as I could, trying to get the best angle possible. The light turned green after about 20 seconds, and all you could hear is that amazing motor pull away.
SIGH

That's beautiful Jalal, would not look out of place in a BMW magazine.

It would be interesting to actually see the original. Perhaps circle the areas you have adjusted. It really pops out of the picture and I am fascinated by your technique.

Thanks for sharing and taking the time to explain what you did. At the end of the day thats why we come here... to learn something. It's a cool feeling to have helped someone on the other side of the World with your techniques.

Thanks man, I really appreciate it. I am by no means at all in the least bit a Photoshop expert. I learn little things, and use them to make my pictures look the best they can. That's what the program is there for, right?

It is 3:16am, I am DEAD TIRED, and so excuse me if my write out was a little vague or if spelling and grammar are messed up. I also included the original shot, resized.

I forgot to add that I also cropped out the car that you see to the left that's barely poking into the shot.

Enjoy.

Wow I like it even more considering you had about 30 seconds to shoot away before it drove off.

Here's another version in B&W. All i did was desaturate.
Does anyone know where i can find the correct way of converting color images to black & white?
