As I can't see the local landscape, so not sure if you have granitus hurtus around you, but you look high for the 3degree glideslope ;). The departure could be interesting with that hill range beyond

Would love to try an approach somewhere like that most UK fields I get to try are fairly straightforward.

Thanks Nigel. There is a 15,000 mountain just to the left and the stuff in front goes up to about 11,000 ten miles or so from the end of the runway. Runway elevation is about 9,228 feet. Thin air and plenty of towering cumulogranitus.
Elevations behind us are 18,000 plus.
We are on a normal 3 degree slope, but the impact area is dialed a bit further down the runway, you have to break it off early and increase decent to get on the lights.

Your welcome. It's not the best PP, there are many out there who could do a MUCH better job.

Interesting details on the airfield info though. Round here, EGNH is 34' above MSL and ground doesn't rise above 500' for about 15miles and thats on a heading of about 045. Other than that it doesn't get much above 3000' (£560 is Mnt Snowdon). However I guess 80% of my flying is below this, normally capped by too much cloud to get much higher (VFR for me!!). Love to see more posts of your other fields.

RadAl, No it's a design with the base forward of the top-I had to look twice too!
Racketman, Have no fear, not my landing and I have done it a hundred times there and 10s of thousands elsewhere. It is just a little harder than a trip to a 7-11 now.
