I shoot for my school yearbook and all the gear we use there is Nikon.
If there a lense adapter to fit those lense to my camera?
If so what are the effects or negatives on doing so?
Please help.

I'm pretty sure you can't autofocus.

No autofocus and totally manual aperature control. Aperature will close down to the setting. There several manufacture out there that make adapters for Nikkor AI mount to EF mount but not all are created equal. The Cheaper ones don't well and might require some refining with a file or 2. I heard there is one from Germany that works very well but at the same time very expensive. A friend of mine pickup one from HK for me but upon receiving it he found out that it didn't fit and refuse to let me have it even tho I said to him that I ask him to pick it up and therefore he shouldn't have to bare the cost of it. I was more then willing to pay for it even if it didn't fit.

Remember also that if they are newer "G" lenses you won't be able to set the aperture on the lens. (Just like a Canon EF lens)
