I'm looking forward to soaking up whatever I can in this forum - it seems nice and busy.
I've been shooting on and off for the past 30 years, and have done a few projects for publication - CD covers, magazine and newspaper pics, etc.
I'm hoping to do more landscape/wildlife and live jazz club shots with my new gear. Really looking forward to shooting B&W with the 1600 EI and 50mm 1.8 lens.

I could see being tempted to get one of those...
I used to shoot a lot with fast prime wide angles on an Olympus OM4 - had 24/2, 28/2 and 35/2. I'd love to get a nice fast wide prime for this camera.

Congrats. Im hoping to pick up a rebel xt after the holidays. I've mainly been shooting with a regular slr.

I moved up from a Pro1. Liked the resolution, but focus on it was slow, and the noise bad.

I've been using a Canon AE-1. Its at least 30 years old, it was my dads, but he barely used it so a digital will be a very nice upgrade

I had an OM4T with a nice 50 f/1.8 Zuiko back in the day. What a fine camera!
