where to get templates

hey guys looking at redoing my site where could i get some clean and simple webtemplates

If your website is powered by a PHP-based application (I would recommend WordPress (http://www.wordpress.com)) then there would likely be many templates available. Although, some knowledge of PHP, CSS, and HTML would be ideal if you go that route.
