They deffiately were. Where were the shots taken? Ottawa, Canada, at the New Capital City Music Hall. It was the same compition as the Tim's Myth post. It was a great night of local music.

I think number 1 could be a great shot if it were sharper, they all seem just a tad too soft but hey, I tend to oversharpen my imgaes so maybe its just me !

Great job on the whole lot...

Nick, I just started shooting in RAW as much as possible...I find, there is wiggle room in processing exposure and shadows, as in pic # 1 and two...you could tweak it in either direction...the PP is pretty simple too...Presently I'm using Canon's Zoom Browser EX and Digital Photo Pro...They both have RAW conversion PP...

Thanks guys, soft eh? I've got 3 other bands to PP, I'll see what I can do.

John, I do try shooting RAW sometimes but I never get great results. I always lose quality and colour in the conversion. I've got alot to learn!

First and last are best IMO. Expression is a bit awkward in #2 and cropping is too tight, on #3 and 4 the moment is nice, but the image doesn't do it for me...
