Setting Up Site

Please advise on how to make the following happen:

1. Create a website whereby clients can visit the site, view galleries, and order images that I have taken.

I don't know what your experience of building a site is so I guess the place to start would be here ---> http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp if your building your own site .
Pay someone to build one for you.
Upload your photos to one of the many photo hosted websites
