A fellow photographer and I had both been stuck in rut (him with studio work, me with cars) and decided to take the afternoon to go be abstract and creative. We drove around and happened upon an abandoned farm just outside of town. There were three buildings/garages and two silos that looked to have run out of usefulness years ago. It was dark and dismal today, so my editing reflect that and the creepiness of the farm.
This was part of my shoot the 12-24mm almost exclusively to see if I still like it exercise, but as you can see, I pulled the 85mm 1.8 from the bag to shoot a few frames.
All are either duo, tri, or, quadtoned.
