I am very upset and I will vent a little....

Can anyone tell me the reasonong behind this NEW product only supporting USB 1.1???!!!!????!!!???

Come on Epson this is 2004 not 1994!!!!!

You would think that if you were going to support RAW files you would know the file sizes some of them can be......

Anyway just venting a little....

I guess I was a little upset at Canon for doing the same to the 10d.

It just makes no sense....except so when the new model comes out they can add that to the "upgraded features" list....bummer

:) About as happy as I was when I bought a new computer in 12/02 that had all the slots to read the different memory cards built into the front of it.... WHAT A WASTE, who is going to copy 1GB of files at USB1.1. Damn, I was pissed.

So I use the FireWire. Yep, LOTS of manufacturer's do it to us... all over just a couple dollars difference in the cost to build the computer.
