4. I don't usually like photos of player's backsides, but something about the action in this one appealed to me....

When I get done with the post-processing I'll post this weekend's midget game.

Love the old dears in the 3rd pic, and the 4th looks like it could be leading to an execution! On a more serious note, a tighter crop on the 3rd, to get rid of the spectators heads, would get rid of the distraction...

David, I forget you say your shooting from the sin bin right?

what getup are you using again?

Thanks,

bildeb0rg - thanks. I struggled with the crop in 3. I wanted to get in the puck, on the right, and the third skater on the left. I usually sell my prints as 8x10, but maybe a skinnier format like 8x12 might be better for this one.

metalman - from the sin bin, sometimes from the bench on the D side (I'm assistant coach, so when the other a.c. isn't there I work the D door). 1D mark IIN, 70-200 f2.8 -- as we discussed, this lens is a little short, most of these shots are about 50% crops. Shot 2 is full-frame, at 200mm. Exposures were ISO1600 1/500, f2.8. Thanks.
