I wish I had credentials to get right up there against the track with these guys, but unfortunately I didn't so this was one of the better shots I got from the grandstands. I liked the look of the heat coming off it.

nice shot would of gone for a longer exposure a bit more blur. But looks good :D

Yeah the heat looks great, if it was my shot, i think id try cropping out the signs at the botoom and having a long photo?

Very nicely done... being on the wall is nice, but there are some things you just can't get when you are that close to the starting-line (for example, shots of the chassis bending like yours).

I'm sure you got a couple shots of my butt - lol - I always have fun going through galleries looking for myself.

Next time, use a VERY fast shutter speed, and focus on the motor. The tires actually expand REAL tall, and you'll be able to see each cylinder fire with a flame coming out of each pipe.

Thats an awesome shot from the grandstands!! Besides it gives everyone the true view from a spectators point.

I have shot from the stands plenty, it's not easy, this is excellent. Great job.
