Does anyone know if any of the old lenses (more than 20 yrs old) such as the 70-100 macrofocusing zoom (vivitar) lens, the 28mm wide angle (vivitar), the 50mm standard canon lens and the fish eye canon are interchangeable with the EOS 30D??

Thanks in advance

Nope. But you may be able to buy an adapter but I wouldnt bother as it will be MF and probably not that great of Image Quality.

Nope - FD mount lenses (from the AE-1) will not mount on an EOS camera. There are mechanical adapters available, but you will lose infinity focus with any lenses that they're used with. There was an FD-EF adapter with optics that corrected that, but it's very rare, and very expensive, and it only works with the big FD telephotos. Not worth it.

All EF Lenses can be used in EOS30D not FD Lenses. AE1 has a FD Lense mount and AE1 lense can not be used in 30D

Is there any digital camera that can be used with the old lenses?

As mentioned above, this is generally not a good idea.

The Canon adapter works very well with a small subset of Canon FD teplephoto lenses. But it is rare and expensive.
There are cheap ($35 USD or so) adapters that have correcting optics so you get infinity focus, and they can be used with any FD lens. However, image quality is not that good.
I haven't seen any of the adapters without optics lately, but as noted you will not get infinity focus with them. You can remove the optics from the cheap adapter mentioned above and get one like this. This may be an option if you want to dedicate your FD lenses to become macros on your DSLR, but that is about it.Have Fun,
