Somehow I can't see past the subject and appreciate the shot - unbiased. So I'd love to get some opinions. It was an insta shot, no pose, so I only had one try - what do you think? Any suggestions on how to improve it?

Um, I can't see anything in that shot clearly. I like her pose (especially since it was a non-posed shot), but the picture could be a lot better with better flash, maybe a larger ISO setting to capture more light and bring out more of the background, something to get rid of the reflection in her eyes, etc.

This is right on the edge between mysterious and moody and just plain fuzzy.
Its one of those 'interesting' shots where whoever sees it will make what they want of it, some will like it and some will hate it. Personally I can't make up my mind.
The only constructive suggestion I have is to reduce the bright areas in the eyes as she looks a bit like a rabbit caught in headlights. catchlights are good but I would make them smaller with a little cloning.

I know it's not a "good" photo, it's just that I love the expression, and would like to save the shot :| It's a very old one aswell, just thought someone could have some magic idea that allowed the shot to be saved. ;)

Hehe, yeah. I tried it, but this is the original shot, in sepia, so I wasn't sure exactly what to clone into her eyes. I'll give it another try though.
Thanks for your comments guys.
