I am selling various non-critical body parts in the hopes that I will be able to raise enought money for a EOS-1D MarkII.
Only non-photographic-necessary parts are being offered so forget about the left eye and fingers and hands. Ditto for the heart and lungs.
Just about everything else is up for grabs so contact me with your needs and we will talk.
With my luck I might raise enough to buy a flash cube

How many miles on the clock ? Full service history ?

I could do with a new brain, but I'm guessing that is going to cost me megabucks....

Cheers

Hands fell off the clock a long time ago. Have to check with the wife about the service part but it seems to be every week or so to the best of my memory.
The brain would be free due to very limited usage.

What perfect timing. I've been having quite a bit of pain in my left knee and just fathom the idea of wasting good magnesium for a replacement. What would you be asking for the whole joint or separate parts?

Now here is a problem. Had a double knee replacement done quite a few years ago. Doc used a teflon/mag combination. I think that the warrenty has expired on them so the asking price will be really low.

I can use another brain to augment the one I have now. Too much boozing during my younger years killed off a good many of them and, while I'm at it, my kidneys could probably use a little bit of help from a 3rd or even a 4th one. What are you asking for these parts? I'm willing to pay top dollar for the brain but it's got to be rated at an IQ of at least 120.

How much for the right eye?

Ian, you forgot to tell what your bloodtype is. But e-mail me anyway, I'm almost sure we can make a deal, unless you are joking, that is.

P.S. How much do you want for a testicle? How much for both of them?

Just kidding.

In this case,. I'm afraid the donor part won't offer much "augmentation" ...

Methinks bit of a funny smell here

1. Ian wants new camera
2. Thinks of selling body-parts
3. Chooses advertising space carefully - a site full of mastercard mistresses
4. Realises no hands on clock; double knee repair out of warranty; no fingers or balls; brain gone grainy
5. Donkey OK

Darn! Was Ian talking about his own parts? I thought he was talking about Gitzo's. I thought that's how Gitzo ended up with only 3 legs.

Make sure he doesn't sell you a used donkey knee. This guy's shifty, and he has a donkey (named 'Gitzo') already missing one leg. Come to think of it, that happened right about the time he bought his 10D. You can put two and two together yourself**. You don't need me.

(**Actually, in this case it's two plus one......for the time being.)

Tom,
It is called a mono-pod....no hold on that is just 1 leg.....
OK, got it. .....duopod :!:
Sounds like a Happy Meal at Mickey D's......
I have an ashtray stand made from a cow moose leg that I don't use any more. Will let you have that real cheap. Make a nifty monopod that will blend in real well in the woods. However cannot be held responsible for bull moose making a pass at ya. In other words, don't use it in the fall

the best way (only way for me), to get a 1DMII is to wait outside the
camera shop till' someone buys one, then take it from them when they
try to leave. alas i'm abit to nice for that, so i guess i'll do without.
