Well, I think there's too much distraction, and too many possible subjects. The fact that most things are in the perifery of the shot doesn't help to make it look balanced (the center is mainly the empty street).

Some areas on those placards to the left are overexposed, although that's to be expected, seeing as there are those lights directly over them. You should maybe crop the picture a bit on the left side, so that the edge of that white building wouldn't be visible. Maybe take away the building on the right side aswell.

Well, to try and express what I had in mind, played a little with it, hope you don't mind. Besides the crop, reduced brightness only on the placard area, leaving the building on the background to the right intact.

Probably there's loads other things that could be done with the shot though.

Like the original photo, don't agree with the crop.
I do think the original must be narrowed a little as most of the street on the bottom does nothing for the shot. I think that the building on the right must be snipped but only to get rid of that annoying bright sign. The shot needs that building to anchor.
Agree that the building leftover on the left must go. Also agree with the overexposition and think u should maybe have used a filter to reduce.
All in all i like the shot and think its a great portrait of a city at night.
Still Toronto? What settings did u use?

Aside from the lack of a single subject, the lights on the signs are over exposed...maybe dodge those a bit in PS. Also, the buildings in the back are underexposed, maybe burn those a bit in PS.

I'm only guessing that your intended subject was the moving car in front of the sign as you purposely took a longer exposure to get the blur effect. Other than that, not bad! I wouldn't mind having this as a poster in my house!

Yup this is Toronto as well, Yonge St.

I know for a fact that ISO was set at 100, but I don't remember the rest
