hi all

I'm a newbie here. I have just come across this forum and everyone seems to have some great ideas on how to help people.I have had my s3is since august now. Whenever I shoot in sports mode the pics turn out very fuzzy. what is this and how can it be fixed. Is there another mode to shoot with what settings would i use?? I am not too sure how to attatch a photo so you all can see what i mean.

You can press the "Go Advanced" button below quick reply and at the bottom of that page you'll find "Manage Attachments". You should be able to upload an attachment that way.

Another way to do it is to upload it somewhere on the web and use the " " tags.

If you have Windows XP, you can do a search for Windows XP "Image Resizer Powertoy". It's what I use when I want to resize on the fly. It's a free download. To use it, simply select an image or a few, right click on them, and there should be a new right-click menu item for resizing. It'll give you some options on sizes as well as an option for a custom size.

A great image resizer is "Infraview". It's free, it's small and not only does it display your images, it allows you to resize, alter your images and much more.

I use it exclusively for on-line photo storage sites when I'm posting on forums.

I like http://www.picturehosting.org/ for hosting and resizing. You can get one free account with them.

www.photobucket.com also has resizing and automatically resizes large files to fit within the 800x600 size typically used in sharing forums. They also have the tags already placed so all you have to do is copy and paste the appropriate tag and you're ready to share.
