Hi, I have a Canon Powershot G-5 and I just got a 430-ex flash for it.
I've used it some but now everytime I use my camera I get a low battery signal. I have charged it a few times until it shows fully charged and even after unplugging it and using it that same day it shows the low battery signal.

Has anyone else had wierd stuff happen to their camera like this? I've had the camera for about 3 years and this only started after using it with the external flash.
Help!

I suspect that possibly there is nothing wrong with your camera but perhaps your battery. I have had my G5 for a little over two years. I got two batteries for it. The Canon battery that came with it and a 3rd party battery that I got for much cheaper. The cheaper battery has worked great, but I have noticed, maybe not as bad as yours that it does not appear to hold a charge for very long. You say you have had yours for 3 years so I would look to the battery as the first culprit.
