There's nothing that really stands out as the focus, or the centre of attention, just that messy tree. It's kinda dark with lots of highlights too. Not really something i'd like. Go for a stronger main subject IMHO.

A crop off the top would help (rule of thirds), but I think this image needs color. As Tim says, it's cluttered. Color would help the eye separate things.
