I ordered a Safe Sync and some strobes. Looking at it, it looks like it should plug into the AC wall outlet but on the side of the Safe Sync it says "Plugging into AC voidswarranty". The model I have is SSH.
So the question is how do I use this device in between my camera and strobes. Am I missing something here?? Please help...
By the way I was sold a H prong version...
Thx in advance.

I've never seen that one before. I use a hot shoe safe sync that goes in the camera hot shoe and has a PC connection that goes to the strobes via PC cord. Judging from the description of that safe sync on the B&H web site, it should have a PC connector as well as the two prong one. I believe you attach a PC cord form your camera's PC socket to the one on the safe sync and plug the two prong connector into one of the strobes with any others set on slave.

Heh, heh yes there are two types of flash connections. The small round pc connection is most common but many pros use the older 2-prong plug which is similar to an electrical outlet. Obviously you don't want to plug a toaster into your Safe-sync! If it doesn't have a pc connection on the unit, adapters can be easily found to go from 2-prong to pc. The first thing I usually do is RTFM :D
