I just picked up an S30, and I plan on travelling with it, as such I need to be able to install software on computers other than mine to dl my pictures. I was wondering if a simple client that is NOT 120MB exists for me to grab pictures and videos off my camera? All I want is to drag and drop, so I can FTP them to my webspace.
Thanks so much,
Derek Young.

You might consider a small, inexpensive card reader rather than software. I don't personally use a card reader but if I were going to ask for help from computer strangers, I think I'd have better luck asking to plug in a USB device rather than installing unknown, unwanted software (and then, presumably, uninstalling it).
Just a thought.

Thanks for the reply, that's a good idea, I didn't realize how inexpensive they are ($25 on ebay).
At home I am having problems with the supplied software. My USB WIA driver doesn't seem to work right as the camera is not appearing as a drive when it is connected. ZoomBrowser works fine, but I don't like the interface or anything about the program in general.
If it helps I am running WinME
Thanks again,
Derek Young

A possible software solution as a backup: you can always download, or carry around on a CD-ROM, the 1.6MB Breeze Downloader. It's free and just downloads files. Uninstalling is equally easy. Obviously, carry your original USB connector with you.
You'll find it at Breeze Systems. (http://www.breezesys.com) And you should consider retiring ZoomBrowswer for BreezeBrowser while you're there.
Good luck.

If you dont want a card reader, I would highly recommend Downloader from Breeze.
It will list, download into a new folder that it creates automatically, and leave alone or delete the downloaded pics from your camera.
