I love the knife and the composition is great. However because the background is similar in shades/tones/whatever to the knife, it seems to me a color version or selective color version would be neat as well. Just so you see the knife more. the focal point doesn't jump out when in black and white. Just my 2 cents...

great tone...i feel the same about the subject and background. although it looks great, the knife could stand out just a LITTLE more :)

I agree with all above the idea is great! but i think it would be nice if you blur the background just a bitsy-witsy-tiny-small a bit)))To put the knife before the composition, to strenghen it!
