A nice shot. The foreground could be lightened a bit. There's also too much sky as rule of thirds is not followed here as your horizon is just over the middle of the frame.

Wow. I especially love the echo joke with the toy boat at the bottom of the frame.

I'm not sure about cropping out the sky in this case (it was easy to experiment by scrolling in my browser). My problem is that the narrowness of the shot mirrors the narrowness of the boats, which I like. If you're going to crop the sky, I'd suggest also cropping the sides to keep the aspect ratio. But doing that might introduce other problems...
