Well if any of you posted images on takeapic, don't be expecting a lot of sales coming in soon. If you try to access their site, you get an error message that they have exceeded their bandwidth.

I suspect the operator of this site has ticked off many, many folks. Clearly he understimated the scope and scale of hardware requirements and the requirements of daily web services adminisration. The site was established to solicit and sell stock photographs, with fee sharing between photgraphers and the site owner. Lacking bandwith is just the lastest in a series of problems in keeping the site up and running. I'd be surprised if it surves.
