Sydney Harbour Bridge and fireworks

I'd like to start pointing out that in all shots the overexposed lights realy, realy bother me. The ones on the top left corner are expecialy annoying.
That aside, first shot fireworks are great, its realy a very good effect but the rest of the shot doesnt keep up. Headlight traces are realy burned in that one. It would also benefit from a sharper look.
Second is my favorite as it looks realy great. The sky tone and detail is a nice touch and i regard the composition as very nice. I think that it needs just a little cropping on the bottom and left but asides the mentioned light on the top left, i think that its very good.
Third is better than the first because the annoying light is gone, although you can still get a hint its there, the light is milder and its much more sharp.
Next time try and use a filter as reducing exposure time would probably cut the fireworks effect which is the whole point. Was it possible at all to shoot from another location? Because the selected was was imho very poor unless of course you were thinking of a double effect cars/fireworks which as can be seen by the burns doesnt work.
About these shots, try with diferent crops in order to minimize burns in the photo.

If you made this post just looking for comments on the fireworks and already know all i said then the fireworks are amazing, well exposed and the colors are impressive. In that department i have to congratulate you on a job well done.

I tend to agree with warman - there's just too many lights and things going on - as for the first image its a great shot of the firework and the colours are fantastic.
