Ok....this is on Canons web site. Called Canon and they dont have a release date yet. Anyone know about it. Anyone want to venture a guess at the price? Anyone know the release date?

Canon recently announced two new lenses: the EF 28-300 f/3.5-5.6 L IS USM (http://www.dpreview.com/news/0401/04012901canon28300is.asp) and the EF 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM (http://www.dpreview.com/news/0401/04012902canon70300do.asp). They have been discussed here before, so if you search the forums you'll find more information.

I think they will both be released in April. The price of the 28-300L is supposed to be $2499 and the 70-300 $1299.
