hey guys,

I've seen some fantastic shots taken by using a 'coupling ring' and reversing the lenses... so I want a go too!

The thing is, I can't find many places that give detail on the coupling ring I will actually need with regards to size, brand etc, so I was hoping maybe you guys could help me out. I also need advice if possible on what lenses are better suited to this purpose, as I currently own two, as follows, and was planning on coupling these together;

EF 18-50mm 3.5-5.6 (filter size 58)
EF 55-200mm 4-5.6 (55)

any suggestions/advice?
I'm planning on getting a standard 50mm lens soon, probably a f1.8 if this helps at all

Thanks

Hi 300D,
Have a look at this site.
Sorry, not why, only what you can use is illustrated.
Normally you have to use a reversed Lens only on a Bellow,
whensoever the distance between Lens and Object is smaller
than the distance between Lens and Film (Sensor).
It's difficult to explain "why" in few words (with my basic English).

Helmut
