multi-page pdf

Does anyone know how to create multi-page
pdf files from the bunch of images?
To create a single-page pdf file is easy with PS.

Acrobat Distiller is the most common tool for doing complex pdf's from any program (it acts as a printer driver), and with it you can merge pdf documents, too. It's also quite expensive for what it does.

Any decent DTP program like Corel Draw or Indesign can also export multipage pdf's.

May be you know the answer to the following question.
I installed PhotoDeluxe just to take a look how it works.
I found it completely useless and stupid and deinstall it.
However PhotoDeluxe created My Digital Camera link in
My COmputer window among such links like Drive C, D etc.
It is wierd but it is the fact.
How to get rid of this stupid pseudo link?
