In all, total honesty, I really don't like the prop you've laid your necklace on; it's too interesting in itself, and draws attention away from your main focal point - the necklace itself! Were it smooth, polished wood, that'd be brilliant, but assuming there isn't any to hand, I think something suitably plain (i.e. paper) would do the trick.
The light seems a little harsh near the necklace... err... clip? I don't know what you call it! While I still don't like the prop, I think this shot has great potential as a black & white image.
Apart from that - it's great. I like the necklace itself, too :)
