Hey. My first picture post up on these forums. Dont expect too much, bought my first dSLR (300D) the other day but I was wondering if anyone can suggest how much of the bottom I should chop off so it looks neater when I get it printed on an A4 paper. I know its not print worthy but I wanna see how it turns out. I had to resize it using paint, from 3000kb to 85kb or something. Anyways, let me know what you think.
PS : Am I allowed to have an attachment over 800x800?
EDIT : Ahh, attachments come up straight away, not thumbnails, I will have to resize it soon
Cheers

although it makes it a bit skinny....personally i think it looks best starting the crop just below the halfway point on the photo....where the line on the ground starts on the right side across to the left
edit: oh, and congrats on your first SLR and welcome aboard!

SLR is definitely a lot of fun. I'm having 10X the fun I used to have with a P&S :)
