I'm sort of new. I have an Epson RX600 printer. When I wish to print a 5x7,I get it printed on an 8x10 sheet-centered on the paper. If I want to use 5x7 size paper for 5x7 size print, what do I do
a)On my printer or digital software choose "fit to page", or 5x7.
b0On my actual printer do I choose fit to pag or 5x7.
c)or am I totally off.
It seems when I vary these choices I get the print I described or on a 5x7 sheet I get 1/4 of the frame printed.

Just as an FYI, if you have Photoshop and one of the printing programs that comes with the Canon cameras, you can set up the printer to print two 5x7 pictures on one 8x10 sheet so that you don't waste paper.

But to answer your question about the 5x7 paper, you will need to tell the printer what paper size you are using. This would be specified via the printer properties window. If you have the image sized for 5x7, when you go to do the print, it should automatically fill the 5x7 page. If not, you can click on the "fit to page".

If you have Photoshop use the crop tool set to 5X7. Then just print

Can you specify what system (Windows vs. Mac) and what software you're using to print? On Macs, you need to specify such info in the "Page Setup" pull-down from the File menu.
