Hello everyone,
Taken during an event initiated by my company.
I would like to share your opinion as it is the 1st time for me taking photos in poor light conditions.
Both photos were taken without flash and with ISO 200.
Thanks!

They're nice photos but could probably do with being lightened in your graphic software.

I like the 2nd one - though I agree it needs to be a tad lighter. The first one just doesn't do it for me.

I used paintshoppros 'one step photo fix', sharpened the foreground bottles and darkened the mirror.
It could still use more work, but you can see the difference that 5 mins in photoshop or paintshop pro can make:)

If you do not mind this is my take on this picture. I find too much negative space and not enough detail overall, so I decided to concentrate on what detail there is and this is what I came up with. Let me know what you think.

I know that the picture went a bit soft due to the low shutter speed.. your sharpening is just fine with the foreground. However, it increased the contrast of the bottles. The back ground is not a mirror but the other side of the bar.. :) However - it looks better! thanks

Hi. Of course that I don't mind. Actualy I highlighted that negative areas by playing with "Highlights shadows" in PS. I tried not to do much otherwise it would look like I used a direct flash which I don't like. Your crop suggestion is interesting. I like it! It changes the picture completely and gives it a new aspect. I didn't think about this option. Thank you!

No.. It is Petach-Tikva, Israel. An event conducted by my job - an end year party..

They are too dark, and the edited versions are too contrasty, i think a quick lighten up in photoshop is needed, the glasses shot is kinda cool, the first one with the bottles is a bit boring, pretty much a candid shot to me...
