When I open picture files in PS,after manipulating them I save them on my hard drive in a folder.
I find so many steps to do this.
Can I just have two links in open and save as, commands that will easily go to one of this folders , rather than clicking and cliking in the tree of folders each time to reach the source and the destination folder?

For the "save as" part of your problem, create an action that saves to a specific folder.

Open the file and complete your editing. Then record the following action step:

Start the recording:
1. Menu->Save as
2. Select the drive/folder
3. Select the file type and associated parameters
4. Save the file
5. Close the file
Stop the action.

If you run this action again on an open file, it will be saved to the same folder and closed.

You can use this action in batch mode (file->automate->batch) to work on all opened files, files selected in the file browser, or files from a specific folder.

Here's a little workaround I use in these situations.

Let's say I am saving a series of files to a folder

c:\My Documents\My Pictures\Joshua Tree\

I manually type that information into the FILE NAME box. Then Click and Drag across to HIGHLIGHT the line. Then hit <ctrl + c> to send the information to the clipboard.

Now from where ever I am, I can just enter that box, clear it out and hit <ctrl + v> to paste the location in. Hitting OK will take you right there, you only need type in a name for the file.
