I placed my first order for Epson Paper and ink from www.Atlex.com last week after reading some positive comments from other posters about them. My package arrived yesterday. They shipped 3 packages of Enhanced Matte instead of the Premium Semi Gloss that I ordered. I called them and they told me that they would have to send UPS to pick it up. They expect me to take time off from work so I can be at home for the UPS truck. They've never heard of a mailing out a prepaid return label or e-mailing a prepaid UPS label like B&H does. I tried to explain that to them on the phone. They were nice enough, but they just don't get it. It seems that they aren't familiar enough with their UPS software. Their customer service manager was trying to learn the software as we spoke. So I'm stuck trying to chase after a UPS truck when I get home from work after I get the UPS notice on my door, so I don't miss work.
It's not worth the $1.00 a cartridge savings. Next time I stick with B&H.

B&H is the place...

A while back I had thought about ordering the Canon 10D from Dell or Gateway ( I forgot which one) but they had for cheaper but I said, nah, I am not going to going through some aggravation and suspense with this. So I ordered from B&H and presto! it was in my house in less than a week :)

You might also want to take a look at DataBazaar.com. I have ordered ink for my Canon s9000 and other supplies and have been pleased by their prices and speed of shipping. Free shipping in USA, but they will ship elsewhere from what their website says.
