I bought a Sigma 70-300 APO DG Super Macro lens the other day (Bought my old one back) I never really used it before when I did have it. I was playing with the macro feature and I didn't notice a difference with having the macro switched on or off. Is there something I'm not doing right? At full extention the pictures are the same with or without....

Thanks, Walter

Macro just means that you can get in closer. it works in the range of 200-300 and lets you get in .95m from your subject

Shouldn't I see a noticable difference though? Maybe I'm expecting too much?
