Hi, is there a way to unpixelize a pixelized image?
I have tried sharpen, auto level and contrast. But still the image is unrecognizable.
Thanks

What does your picture look like exactly, can you post it?
If you see pixel blocks, you could blur it to get rid of the sharp edges of the blocks, but if the subject is not clear enough on the original photo, you can't magically make it appear. If the information isn't there in the photo, you can't make up the information from out of nowhere... :?

Why not? They can do it in Hollywood!!!
Some of the video magic they make up is out of this world! "What's behind this?" "Enlarge this video image, and clear it up so we can read the tiny logo" If that were so, we could all downgrade to 1 meg cameras and just use PhotoShop Hollywood Edition.

Looks like part of your problem is in the colour info. Try converting a copy to LAB, blur the A chanel about 10-20 pixels, then sharpen the L chanel as much as you can get away with. See if that's any better...
If not you might be able to tackle the colour fringing in other ways, probably not as quickly... I'd guess you will be able to sharpen if you stay away from the colour info (USM then fade, luminosity).

Is this a scan? It's seems to be a result from a low quality film scanner.
