The lens hood is almost useless on a 1.6X camaera...

But the lens is a PERFECT MATCH!

Enjoy!

If they weren't black (or off-white) with a red stripe, then you're not a true L-coholic.

The latest L-Anonymous newletter shows a way to make pants from empty Kraft Dinner boxes and duct tape. They're not very waterproof, but you get can more L from the savings.

it's a bleu pant but it has got stripes

can you tell me how to make those pants so i can buy more L :D :D

i could just not buy new clothes for a while
i'll look crappy but who cares! as long as i got L lenses

yes yes yes i want more L lenses

maybe f2.8 lens

Congrats! You'll love this great lens!

Unless you have a full frame camera consider the EW-83DII hood.

Well, in addition to the lens, and an extra battery for the MKII, I also ordered a pair of L-pants.

They're in the wash now, according to the manual they must be washed before wearing.

Is this exciting or what?

Depending on the perspective, that's a heck of a zoom range. Are you using a tripod? or shouldn't I ask....

It's not the zoom range that's impressive, it's the 18 stops of DR between the pants and the legs.

My L-Pants are extreme wide angle. They are very good for taking pictures 'on the fly.' They are multi-coated (need washing), and have built-in macro capabilities for enlarging certain things that really need it.

LOL! I guess I just fell out of my chair!! I can't picture 18 stops of DR, even with print film!!!

You have painted a picture of the proverbial ying/yang contrast. :D

Logically, one would assume that he has lots of L-glass.

I'm not going into the DR issue. I am a straight married male (contrary to beliefs of a certain few  )

And before you ask, its not a self-portrait 8) 8)

Kind-of a cross between Kid Rock and Elton John...
