Hey guys again, as i ve said in another topic i am after a new and first camera for myself so that i can get in to photography, anyways a guy contacted me called 'freff' from the forum, you probably all know him, seems a decent chappy :) and offered me this camera

Is it a decent camera for my first one?
Is it erm yer well anything else you may want to add, i just need advice on this?
Many people already have told me to get this model camera or the 400D.
