I think the lighting is fine, my complaints are about the facial expressions. You have one who looks pissed off, one that looks sultry, and one that looks like she's really happy...it just doesn't mix well for me.

To me it just looks lit. The girl on the bottom right has 2 catchlights in the eyes. Expressions are dull.
