A much more peaceful image than your fiery sunset !
There is a lovely luminous quality to the light, mainly caused by the bounce of sunlight off the pavings.

A small suggestion here, Paul.
The foliage etc at the far end is overexposed. This is unavoidable, but I would be inclined to select that area in PhotoShop and darken it a little.
I would definitely subdue any detail there, as I can detect part of an automobile or two and what looks like pedestrians. They detract a little from your fine photograph.
If you don't mind bending the truth in the interests of esthetics, I would cover the pedestrians and automobiles with darkened foliage using the Clone Tool.

When one is in an archway like this, one's eyes adjust quickly when one looks from the covered area to the outside brightness. The camera does this too, but it can only choose one final exposure and after that one is stuck with it. PhotoShop to the rescue !
Also I find the sliver of light in the right-hand side arch a distraction. I would go back to PhotoShop and "run" the foliage up through that bright area using the Clone Tool .........
If you think that's cheating and not as things really are, I would select and darken that section a little too.
Did you perhaps take a similar photograph but standing on the center-line ? It would be interesting to see the effect.

Your image is so lovely and restful, it's really worth
correcting these little points. I'd like it framed and on the wall.

I comments on these photos via your earlier exhibit post. I think that Eland is right.

Beautiful photos-- made even better.
