color seems off.. I had the same problem in Savannah with overcast this weekend :(

there was heaps of colour in the photo..
i pp it and De-sat the colour out.

composition, lighting, pose, crop, lighting all work for me! very nice job and i am diggin' the PP here!

As i took this photograph i know it was SOME THING good.

I like the railing acting as a leading line ... drawing us right to the gorgeous young lady. The saturation is now too low. I'd rather see a bit more saturation, and mid-tones, or fully black & white.
This would work better if most of the top was cropped off. The white areas and the vertical spikes draw too much attention.
Overall, an image with a lot of impact. I wish you had it checked for us to post alternative versions.

I really like how you have lines leading the viewer into the image. I would recommend applying a warm photo filter or a sepia photo filter. I like the desaturation, but it needs an over tone IMHO.
