Hello!

Ok, so i bought my Canon SD 100 2-3 months ago. I haven't really figured it out yet but I am getting there.
My question is.....When I fully charge the battery I am able to take about 40-50 pics with LCD on. The manual says I should be able to take 180 pics with LCD on. Anyone know what's going on?
ThankS!

I had the same problem with my new canon battery. I found a OEM 1300 mAH ( Canon is 1100mAH) at the site below for $11.99 and it works so well I plan to order 2 more for the BG-Ed I plan to get soon.

So the one i have (liIon NB-3l) is 790 mAh. I just saw this on the back of the battery.

SO should I get a larger capacity battery?
But my camera can only use NB-3L battery.
Do these come in larger capacity?

So this is the problem with the battery? I mean why would they say 180 images?
