Uppercase and lowercase

How can I change the the uppercase to lowercaser..?

At the front in news we have:

PHOTO PAGES HAVE BEEN VIEWED TO DATE ON THIS SITE
An my wish..
Photo pages have been viewed to date on this site

And in the front we have:

give and read feedback
An my wish..
Give and read feedback

How can I do that - is was easy in the old versions, but now we have all the translate and can't find where to that.
