I like the colours in the first 2 but not the selective colouring.

The biggest problem I have with the shots is they are really static and don't show any real feel for the speed even the last one of the burnout has no feeling of the motion invloved.

Also the DOF is way to high, there's no separation of subject from the background.

Like you said though, it's your first attempt and on that basis there not to bad.

I personally like the selective coloring, i'd love to know how to do it!

And I like the first few shots...I like the ones of the evo's because while agosling says they dont show speed, I feel that shot shouldn't have speed. It's almost like the calm before the storm, and the anticipation of getting onto the track....

No, it's not a free for all thread, so i don't know why peeps are posting their shots.

This upcoming season, i hope to get many more awesome shots now that i know how to use the camera a lot more.
