Help PLease: Am I broke?

I have a G1, and recently most photos taken outdoors are coming out very light (like unsuable). I check my white balance (it is on auto) and tried other settings. I also have tried 2 different CF's, with the same results.

Any ideas?

Maybe you can check the exposure compensation, and other camera setting in the setup menu. Verify that they are set at zero.
