Taking some shots for my family's restaurant...couldn't find my tripod today so I handheld or shot with it resting on something. It's going to be for a website...help/or suggestions would be awesome. Chairs aren't set but the lighting is pretty much the lighting in the evenings. I'll take some more tomorrow evening and post. No PP yet...straight out of the camera--just resized.

Yeah, the WB is off. Definately shoot this in RAW, because you will probably encounter some wierd lighting situations. What are the specs for these shots? How high is your iso?

the glasses shot is soft and the chair shot quite bland.

The glasses shot isn't soft...it's just got a narrow dof. The first whole glass is sharp.

The second shot has potential but maybe try an unusual angle or something to draw the eye, since there's nothing on the walls or anything.

Thanks for the insight guys...I didn't have time to shoot today. I agree, the WB is off...for some reason, adjusting WB isn't ingrained in me yet but I did shoot RAW+JPEG--obviously what you see are the JPEGS, unedited. The chairs will be down when I do the final shoot as there should be art work up by tomorrow--we're opening Saturday.
